ive been playing pokemon sapphire ive got guides which say i can get nosepass at granite cave and feebas on route 119 and ive searched and searched but cant find either of them, where are they?

Sentret thinks you should fish in every tile until you're lucky and smash lots and lots and lots and lots of rocks until you're lucky (although not as lucky as with the fishing!!!!)
