What happens if you train a bulbasaur (or any other first stage pokémon) to level 100 without making it evolve? will it ever be able to turn into another stage (in bulbasaur's case Ivysaur + venusaur etc...)?

Sentret thinks the Pokemon simply will not evolve anymore!!! Yay! Cute!
