Does Octillery learn octazooka after lv25? Coz I caught a remoraid on lv40 and it evolved, but didn't learn octazooka! p.s. u should evlove into a furret coz evry 1 will luv u even more!(if that's possible!)

Sentret has asked smart people and programs and they all said it was only 25 because it learns it at 25 and only at 25 and not at not 25. But MAYBEZ with a heart scale..
