BLUE TABLE TACTICS

The Blue Table is easier than the other table since it's a lot easier to start Catch 'Em Mode and Evolution Mode, thanks to a strange arrow.
As you would have noticed, the arrow between Slowpoke and Cloyster alters the gravitational pull of the ball. Depending on which way the arrow is pointing when you pass over it, can shoot your ball into one of four directions; either straight at Slowpoke, Cloyster, the three Shelder, or back to the bottom half of the table.

WHAT'S WHAT ON THE BLUE TABLE

A: Field Multiplier Lanes
When you light all three of these lights, you can upgrade your Pokéball. Once for Great, twice for Ultra and three times for Master.

B: Slowpoke
After you have caught at least one Pokémon and lit the Evolution Arrows, you may want to fire the ball inside Slowpoke's mouth. You'll then be able to choose one of the Pokémon that you've caught and evolve it.

C: Bonus Multiplier Counter
There are two of these on the table, one on the left and one on the right. The purpose of these is to hit the left one first, then the right to increase the counter. These control your end of Ball bonus.

D: Evolution Arrows
If your ball travels through the left loop, you will notice the letters 'E, V, O' light up, one letter for each pass. Once all three are lit, Slowpoke will swallow your ball to enter Evolution Mode.

E: Bonus Cave Slots Lights
You'll notice four of these above the Out and Return Lanes. If you light up all of the C, A, V, E lights, you can start Slots mode and earn bonus prizes.

F: Spinner & Thunder Meter
When you pass the spinner, it makes the Thunder Meter fill. The more turns the spinner makes, the faster the Meter will complete. When the meter is full, the Pikachu will thundershock the ball, sending it back onto the table.

G: Cloyster
When you have lit up enough of the Catch 'Em Arrows, just shoot the ball into Cloyster's mouth to start catching Pokémon. Simple.

H: Bonus Cave
When the bonus cave opens, you have to get the ball in here to receive things such as Map Moves, Ball Saves, and Ball Upgrades.

I: Poliwag/Psyduck
Hit either Poliwag or Psyduck three times so that you can then move to another place on the Kanto Map.

J: Catch 'Em Arrows
When you've lit up at least two of the arrows you can start Catch 'Em Mode by getting the ball in Cloyster's mouth. If you light up all three of the arrows (G, E, T), the more likely you are to catch rarer Pokémon.

K: Ball Saver & Shoot Again Lights
When the top blue Saver Light is lit, your ball will be saved if it leaves the table. Lighting all of the Bonus Cave Slots Lights activates the bottom red light.

CATCHING POKéMON ON THE BLUE TABLE

Catching Pokemon can be trickier than when trying to fill your PokéDex on the normal games, but it will make life a lot easier if you follow these simple steps.

STEP ONE:
Shoot your ball through the right loop at least two times to light up the Catch 'Em Arrows.

STEP TWO:
Then shoot the ball into Cloyster's mouth. You will now see a silhouette of a Pokémon. You have two minutes to catch them.

STEP THREE:
Now you have to aim for the three Shellder. Each time you hit one; one of six squares of the silhouette will fill.

STEP FOUR:
Once the Pokémon has fully appeared, you have to hit it with the ball four times. Now you've caught a Pokémon!

EVOLVING POKéMON ON THE BLUE TABLE

Yet something else to give you more grief is the fact that the only way for you to fill up your PokéDex is to use Evolution mode to make your Pokémon evolve.
Follow these steps and your PokéDex will be full up in no time.

STEP ONE:
Shoot your ball through the left loop three times to light the Evolution Arrows.

STEP TWO:
Next, shoot your ball into Slowpoke's mouth and choose which Pokémon you'd like to evolve.

STEP THREE:
Now you should notice the clock counting down from two minutes.
Arrows will be scattered across the table to show you where you need to aim with the ball. Three of those places, when hit, will put either an Experience icon or stone (leaf stone, moonstone etc), depending on whom you're trying to evolve.
However, two of the other arrows will make you Pokémon grow tired and you'll have to wait a little while before you can continue.

STEP FOUR:
Hit all three of the EXP or stone icons and the Bonus Cave in the middle of the table will open. All you have to do then is shoot the ball inside. If you manage that, then congratulations, another space in your PokéDex is complete.

BLUE TABLE BONUS STAGES

These secret tables may be one of the most fun parts of the game, in my opinion anyway. You can also rack up huge points.
To access them, you have to catch three Pokémon in the same map location. It also works by evolving Pokémon so you reach a total of three.

On each of the Red and Blue Tables there are two secret stages. After you complete the two on the table you are playing, you gain access to the Mewtwo bonus stage and earn a chance to catch the ever-so elusive Mew.

MEOWTH BONUS STAGE
This is a simple, yet addictive stage.
Meowth runs back and forth across the table. What you have to do is simply hit him with your ball to make him drop some charms. To collect the charms, just touch them with your ball. You can also multiply your points.

SEEL BONUS STAGE
Get your swimming costume on, cause we're going swimming in this stage.
There are three Seels lurking beneath the water. When one pops its head above the surface, whack it with the ball and you'll gain one million points. You can also multiply your score if you hit more than one in a row.
Oh, and you have 1:30 to concuss 20 of them.

MEWTWO BONUS STAGE
This is the most difficult of them all. Well, it would be since it's Mewtwo's stage.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to hit the genetically altered freak 24 times in two minutes to clear the stage. Mewtwo doesn't want that of course, so he's generated some shields, which rotate around him. You can destroy the shields easily by simply hitting them with your ball, but watch out since the reappear shortly after.

MASSIVE THANKS to Morgan Lamia for this!
