Hello there. My name is Iceduck, and today we're going to talk about the Pokémon Mansion, which is found on Route 212.
You see, what may appear to be a garden containing little more than some Staravia and the odd Pichu can, in fact, become a haven for rare Pokémon after you obtain the National Dex.
In the room to the right as you enter dwells the owner of the Mansion. Talk to him, and he'll check the garden for you. After you re-enter, he'll tell you which rare Pokémon can be found there today.
There now follows the complete list of Pokémon that can be found this way. Almost all are rare, but some can only be found wild in Sinnoh in this way, and are otherwise either only available in events or by trading.

UPDATE! - provided by Continue: So, you really want an Eevee, but the Mansion keeps throwing Mime Jr. and Cleffa your way. All seems lost. But wait! There's a trick!
Yes, from the Iceduck that brought you Mew in RBY comes a whole new era of cheating the system. Save the game before you speak to the owner. If he tells you it's an undesirable Pokémon, simply reset the game for a different Pokémon! You'll still have to wait a day for the NEXT opportunity to use this trick, but it means you no longer have to waste days with yet another Pichu Day.
For the record, this trick doesn't work with swarming Pokémon or Pokémon in honey trees. But that information'll have to wait for another page.

Umm... Iceduck, you can also get an Eevee by going to Bebe after gaining the national dex.

The Super Rod is found in the Fight Area at the North West corner after you get the National Dex just talk to the fisherman.
Err...can you get Bonsly in the Garden in Diamond? If yes, hallelujah, but if no, damn. Eitherway, thanx in advance! And I was waiting for a page like this! :D!
Oh...just read comments. Damn, then.
yay porygon!
what level(s) are the eevees you find in the garden?
I think most of them are lv 18.
And, doesn't the owner tell you a story involving the Pokémon, then the butler goes out and puts the Pokémon into the garden, so re-entering the room is not necessary? o.o
Still, a useful guide, I didn't know you could reset for a different one =] Thanks!
