Ranger Walkthrough: Part 6 |

After entering the Summerland Ranger Base, Cameron congratulates you and promotes you to Ranger Rank 5. This allows you to use Rock type Poké Assists and gives you three segments on the Partner Gauge, meaning Minun now collects more energy to use for it's own Poké Assist.

Leave the Ranger Base and Spenser will send a message saying he needs you in Fall City immediately. So, off you go again. Hop on to Lapras and travel back to Fall City. Walk towards the town and Spenser will appear and ask you to go to the Ranger Base to receive the next mission. When you enter, you will see Spenser, Joel and Professor Hastings together. Spenser tells you that the Go-Rock Squad have gone into hiding, and that they were using Stylers similar to the Professor's Super Styler. Spenser then gives you the mission to clear the Krokka Tunnel of the rocks that had fallen when you last travelled through, but you will have a Fall City Ranger assisting you.

Enter the Krokka Tunnel and head north to see Aria taking care of one of the rocks using a Hariyama she captured. Aria leaves the rest of the work to you since she has other work to do, so you need to find more Pokémon to clear these rocks out. There are 3 in all, which means you need 3 Pokémon with enough strength to destroy them. Head north and take the path around to begin the search. Head north again and find the Go-Rock Quads waiting in front of you. They give another introduction and mention a rumour that a legendary Pokémon lives within the Krokka Tunnel. After they leave, head left to find another Go-Rock Squad member, who is currently controlling 3 Geodude. She mentions that she is looking for the legendary Pokémon, and she quickly attacks, so capture the Geodude and move on. I used a Diglett to help me here, using the Ground Poké Assist, as I found this hard.

Move onto the next area and head south to the next area. Capture the Graveler and head back again and break the wall to the left. You can find a Kirlia here, so capture it and save it for later. Head back where the Graveler was and head left to find another Go-Rock Squad member. Take her out and move on. Head north, past the Zubat and other Pokémon and find the Hariyama Dojo, where you can catch one for yourself. Circle it quickly and you should catch it easily, but watch out for it's Arm Thrusts. Go down a floor and catch two more, so you have everything you need to destroy the boulders. If you have trouble, use the Kirlia or use Minun to make them easier to catch. I also suggest catching one of the Poliwhirl to use later; you will need one.

Head back to the path and more south to follow the Go-Rock Squad. To the right will be another member, this time with a Krabby and a Crawdaunt. This fight was tough for me, so use Poké Assists where you can, especially Minun. Move on and find another Go-Rock member, but this time it is easier; they only have 3 Zubat. Ring them separately and capture them easily. Head onwards and destroy the rocks, but beware; there are 5 Spinarak under the rocks, so prepare to capture them afterwards. Head over to the entrance and destroy the last boulder.

Spenser will text you asking you to meet him near the Dugtrio Statue, which is just to the north. When you get there, Tiffany will appear and moan that there is no legendary Pokémon to be found. She attacks you out of frustration, so prepare for her Camerupt. Hopefully, you caught a Poliwhirl because you may need it here. She is nice enough to give you time to prepare, so save and prepare yourself. Capture it, hopefully using Poliwhirl to grab it quickly, and she will ask you to join her. Before any answer can be made, a Go-Rock member arrives complaining an expert Ranger wiped them all out. That's their cue to leave, so they do. Not that you would want to join the Go-Rock Squad, anyway. Spenser appears, and then you leave for Ringtown. Upon leaving the tunnel, you see Solana again for the first time in a while, and you all leave the forest together.
