Detailed Information:

Description:
Tyler is predominantly a Unicorn Pokémon, meaning that it has horse like features with a sharp, powerful horn on its head. This horn is capable of using various elements. It also has dragon wings; one red and one blue; both are sharp and representative of the dragon typing. The feet are green; this is down again to imagination. It has purple, fluffy hair as well as sharp, purple haired-tail. It’s main body is pure white making it very clear to see. The shiny alternative is yellow in colour, grey hair, pink and light blue wings and a brown horn.

Backstory:

Tyler is a Pokémon that was created through a child who was being trained by an evil organisation to be their super trainer, helping them to take over the world. The child was chosen due to their hugely impressive academic record at Pokémon School which he had achieved due to his expansive and creative mind. Many tests were put on the child from the evil organisation which caused a strain on his friendships and creative mind. In order to balance this, he had created an imaginary Pokémon in his mind which he had named Tyler; he saw it as his friend whilst being extravagant in looks due to the creative mind of the child as he was at that moment in time.

As he grew older his attentions to Tyler decreased as he was getting used to the ways of the evil organisation but he was still a part of his imagination. A test took place which pushed the child to the limit, creating the Pokémon in the Dream World; two of them were made, whilst the boy’s body couldn’t cope with all of the strain, resulting a much-sooner than expected death. The pair had a battle for power and when the Dream World opened a void to the real world, the weaker Tyler escaped to live away from the more dominant one.

Tyler itself is large in height, towering over most human beings whilst not being ridiculously tall. It is also very lightweight; this was decided to help it be extremely agile despite its huge size. In usual circumstances it would be much heavier but the imagination of the child allowed him to configure it to be extremely lightweight. The heaviest part of the creature is actually its horn due to how strong it is (as it can act as a way of using various elements).

Due to it being a creature of imagination, it is able to change itself to meet demands of a battle. This means that despite it being predominantly a normal type it is capable of using various elements within its repertoire, allowing it to be expansive in battle. The dragon parts of the Pokémon were created through a presumption that the boy’s liking towards dragons like a lot of children. It is unclear where the unicorn idea came from; only the child who imagined it would know this.

It’s ability also stems from its versatility in battle, making it able to choose a particular stat to increase in, depending on the battle it is in. It is an exclusive ability to Tyler as it was implemented by the creator of it to make it unique from everything else. It’s Dream World ability stems from the fact that the two were so focused on mimicking each other in battle that the dominant figure was able to change itself to match the other; it was able to do this through the imagination process implemented by the child. This helped with the struggle of the other Tyler.

It is a legendary Pokémon due to its rarity as well as it being the last form of remembering the child who died for its creation. The evil organisation were unaware that the two Tylers would have been created. However, people were made aware of the child’s imagination and rumours began to develop that a Pokémon had been created from it all; this arose after the organisation had disbanded. The playable character becomes aware of these rumours after the main storyline from various people in areas only accessible after the main storyline which allows the event to take place for them.

The event itself is what creates the void from Dream World which allows the other Tyler to escape; the trainer can catch the Dream World version with the Imposter ability which allows it to copy what it did with its rival but to all Pokémon. The Creative Rise Version is roaming due to the fact that it cannot find a home for itself, making it difficult for the trainer to catch. However, it does take a specific path and can be found in various locations on different times of the day.

In terms of its moves, it is largely based on its combination of elements and its main typing of Normal and Dragon and its specialty towards Special Moves (which works with its stats). Whilst being quite a defensive Pokémon, it doesn’t learn many defensive moves and none via level up due to the imagination processes of the child. A lot of the moves it learns via TM can also be learned via level up too. As it cannot breed (due to it being genderless) there are no breeding moves.

To finish off; it is the GREATEST POKÉMON EVER and should be seen as that!

Competitive Moveset:
Tyler @ Leftovers
Creative Rise
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Speed, 6 Defence
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

I am not the best at this sort of thing so this is just a presumed good set; it uses BoltBeam combination whilst having the bulk to sustain hits whilst improving special defence and special attack. Leftovers allows recovery over each turn which works well with its large HP stat whilst the EVs allow extra bulk, especially on the physical side, as well as a boost of speed so it can outspeed a few other competitors. The ability allows extra boosts which can be chosen where appropriate too.
Again, someone else would be better at making a set but I quite like that one to be honest.

Conclusion:
This is the greatest Pokémon ever!

Cheers for the comment Rich; I knew you'd appreciate such awesomeness. I kinda missed a trick though by doing the alt form as a second legendary... oh well.

I'm also very tempted to write a plot for the movie... good idea? (y)
