Eighty all around base stats is pretty lackluster, considering most UU Pokemon pull off at LEAST 90 in their best stats (Xatu is a focused UU Sp. Attacker at about 95 for Speed and SAtk) But Glalie doesn't really have much going for it, especially with a shallow movepool and the hail factor.
