So apparently Pokemon.com wasn't with the rest of the world for the last 5 or so months because today they revealed new Pokemon. Y'know, the B/W starters which we've known for ages. But hey, at least they gave us the dub names for them.
Tsutarja
can be called Snivy.
Pokabu 
can be called Tepig.
Mijumaru
can be called Oshawott.
The region also has been dubbed. Those who pick up their games some time next year will be exploring Unova, that, of course, being the dub name for Isshu.
Well this writer likes them. What about you? Express what you think below or go do something equally as cool.

yeah i wish you were right, but not everyone together will start excepting stupid names for pokemon, not everyone has the same taste you know and besides as long as people dont' like the new names, the percent of those names being excepted decrease. hopefully the next generation of kids will have a taste for them, well not just them but all of us, anyway happy thanksgiving
Oshawott is sooooooooo Cute!
But i'm used to calling it Mijimaru... Oh well!!! you know what they say, only the good die young i dont think these new names sound anything like they did back in the first generation, the first generation pokemon names made sense, and they had more of a unique and clever touch to them the japanese pokemon names sound way better than the english ones, i like mijumaru(i hope thats spelled right) better than oshawatt personally i'm not sure if i like the water starter's english name. The japanese name for it was waaay better. Lol. These names are hilarous!! Everytime I read Snivy I start laughing and Tepig is sooo funny... I still lyk them though.
i know right Hahaha! What the hell is up with the creators?! Why come up with sh*tty names anyway? See, this is why we should let kids come up with starters names. Not grown old men who dont know what fun is. Hahahaha! But seriously, folks, I think what piplupprincess is trying ta say is that as time changes, things lose their originality. Everything changes at some point. I'm trying ta be deep here, people. Work wit me!!! Sure, these new names will NEVER be as good as the original ones. And they'll never be as unique. Peace out yo! Why do you feel the need to continue making so many separate comments? We understand that you don't like the names. You don't need to spam this page with a bunch of different comments saying the same thing. maybe piplup princess knew what to say after he put his comment on, have you ever did that before, say something and then think of the perfect thing to say after the fact, it's ok piplup princess Well sorry! These names have already been used on other forums way before this one. When I saw them there, I was kind of confused. These names are fantastic and I love them. You people are just clinging to the past. And besides...we all know you are going to buy the games anyway and love it :) Even Snivy knew it. Oh and I forgot to mention:
Bulbasaur=Bulb and Dinosaur
Sqirtle=Squirt and Turtle
Charmander=Char and Salamander
Beedrill=Bee and Drill
