Updated: It now appears Expedition has been delayed and will launch in the UK on September 30th.

In case you have neglected to read the headline and summary, you will need to know that a new TCG set "Expedition" is out in Britain! The set is a collection of 165 brand new cards featuring Pokémon from the first two generations of Pokémon.

What makes these cards different to previous sets is that the cards are enabled for use with the Game Boy Advance add-on, the E-Reader. Each card holds a small amount of data, so when the card is swiped along the top of the E-reader, you can something to do on your GBA.

The most astonishing thing is, this set is out in the UK already, merely weeks after we first found out about it. Perhaps even more shocking, is that British collectors now have the chance to build up a collection of card-e cards, before the actually E-Reader device is released on the British shores in "Early 2003".
