This news item is more than 45 days old. Updates are unlikely and newer information may already be available.

Unfortunately, we don't know exactly what it is! But we do know, that it will the game will only work when a GBA running Ruby or Sapphire is linked up.

Perhaps thankfully, the Gamecube software is said to retail at a lower price than normal GBA software- probably owing to connectivity.

Its been speculated, even before this official announcement in a Japanese newspaper, that it will allow you to play RS in the big screen- maybe even in full 3D? It looks like there's gonna be an awful lot of connectivity. Crikey.

Apparently, the game will be out Japan by the Summer, but nothings been said about an American or European release yet. Freeloaders at the ready, then.

Also, Nintendo of Europe are alledgedly going to have a Press briefing soon, so we'll have a better idea of what's going to happen. Check back regually.
