A trailer has been shown on Sky One and Sky One Mix recently, informing viewers that they will be able to enjoy a whole extra six hours of the animé every weekend.

That's right. Starting this weekend, the 1st and 2nd of February, three hours of classic back to back episodes will be broadcast each day from 2pm-5pm.

According to TV schedules, the episodes shown will be season two, from Volcanic Panic onwards.

Since it's launch last year, the channel has been a godsend to viewers, regualarly airing repeats of Pokémon in the weekday afternoons.

Update - 1st February. This website proves GMTV have renewed Pokémon for it's latest season. I have sent an email to Jamie Rickers, presenter and producer, to see if he has any more information. I'll report as soon as he replies.
