Some more details about Fire Red, Leaf Green, the RBY remakes have been printed in what Babelfish is calling "Roller Roller Comically". Including Release Date

Apparently, it'll be out on 29th January in Japan!

Apparently, they'll be a new island, an "Island of Puzzle".

In the Union room, the wireless adapter place, you can apparently play some sort of game with the others. Something is mentioned about a voice checker, or something, and a rumour man.

Much like Ruby & Sapphire, there will be a "Battle Searcher", where you can re-battle some of the trainers.

Of course, the rumours of an October 2003 release reported by some other websites is completely untrue, given that it is now January 2004. Source: PokéPale
