Raichu	Thor Because Thor can summon thunder and lightning with his hammer. Raichu is an electric type pokemon that can do the same. The move I use most oten with my Raichu is 'Thundebolt'. Raichu	Photon Firstly, I would like to enlighten the name rater on some ignorance he had about the submitted nickname Sparkey. In the original pokemon series, there was a few episodes introducing a trainer named Ritchie, and Sparky was his primary pokemon, which was a pikachu. The only originality in the nickname was an extra "e" in the spelling, and the usage of the nickname was pikachu’s next evolution. The reason you liked it? Well, the name was made by professionals, and they are supposed to excel in this type of production. The only thing I want to know is why you said you liked it, then hated it; You contridicted yourself.. Anyway, my nickname for a Raichu is Photon. I don't know everything about Photons, but I do know that Photons are force carriers for electromagnetic force. Its relevant to electric types and holds a strong foundation for a name.
