Hi Sentret! I was wondering whether I should say yes or no when Bill invites you to One Island after you defeat Blaine on Fire Red and Leaf Green? And does braille come into Fire Red and Leaf Green at all and if so when and how?

If I save the game before pressing A on Rayquaza, then battle it and it's green, then turn the power off and on again and challenge Rayquaza again, is there a chance he'll be black (shiny) even if it's only a small chance?
