Hey, Sentret! How do I find Sentret in Pokemon Pearl?

Sentret isn't really near, Sentret just lives on Route 29 still...!!!!

It is true that if you want Zekrom/Reshiram with good nature, you have to fill up your boxes and party in Pokemon so Zekrom/Reshiram appear in Dragonspiral tower after you beat the game?

Sentret thinks like maybe yeah but it's like lots and lots of work really...
