This team works reasonably well on Shoddy Battle - I just need your tips on how to improve it!

Yeah, so this is my shoddy battle team. Kinda sucks, but w/e.

Butterfree- looks good. Empoleon- Yawn is made useless if Butterfree has put a Pokemon to sleep. I'd go Grass Knot or Agility > Yawn. Medicham- I'd definitely go Scarf > Band. Pure Power already adds to it's power, but it needs Speed. Either this, or get a lot of Pokemon that can spread Paralysis. Porygon-Z- I'd say Life Orb > Wise Glasses, but Wise Glasses could work well after an NP. Rhyperior- looks good, although I'd use EQ/ SE/ Sub/ Rock Polish. If you can set up a sub on the switch, you can get in a Rock Polish, and begin to sweep. Again, this isn't neccessary if you have a lot of Paralysis spreading Pokemon, as Rhyperior will already be faster. Tangrowth- Again, watch out for Sleep Clause making one of your moves useless. Maybe Stun Spore> Sleep Powder? I'd go Leeach Seed/ Power Whip/ Earthquake/ Stun Spore if it were me.
