Generally, any HM excluding Waterfall and Surf is useless.
You need to check each Pokémon's base stat total and use attacks that compliment that stat, so Torterra likes Physical Attacks since that is higher than it's Special Attack. This means Energy Ball and Leaf Storm have no use on Torterra tbh.
The starters get to use Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon and Frenzy Plant. Sure, they're powerful, but read that they take ONE whole turn to recharge after use. This side effect means that even if you KO something, you can easily be killed next turn without difficulty.
The Natures also need to compliment the biggest stat basically. An Adamant nature would be really good for Torterra if it has 4 Physical Attacks, as it increases Physical Attack by 10%. Special Attacks aren't needed at all, so the Adamant nature decreases Special Attack which you don't need to use.
Someone can explain other stuff I haven't included. You also have no need for two same-typed moves on one Pokémon, like Laef Storm and Energy Ball on Sceptile. The only exclusion to this if you use Waterfall and Aqua Jet, as Aqua Jet has priority which Waterfall doesn't.

1) Swampert- Waterfall, Earthquake, Hammer Arm, Avalanche with Adamant Nature.
2) Sceptile- Leaf Storm, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Rock Slide with Hasty Nature.
3) Blastoise- Surf, Ice Beam, Earthquake, Brick Break with Sassy Nature.
4) Typhlosion- Overheat, Shadow Claw, Earthquake, Thunderpunch (Gen IV Tutor) with Hasty.
5) Infernape- Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Shadow Claw, Earthquake with Adamant or Jolly Nature.
6) Torterra- Earthquake, Wood Hammer, Crunch, Rock Slide with Adamant Nature. If you're using Typhlosion, abuse Eruption. I don't have the patience to rate this team because it's a gimmick that would never actually work in the real metagame.
