With so many Pokémon gone, and so many new Pokémon replacing them, it's hard to keep track of special evolutions, by those I mean any evolution other than training up to a certain level. The following is a list of all special evolutions:

Trading Evolutions

Happiness

These Pokémon evolve only when they love and trust their trainer enough:

Azurill → Marill, Golbat → Crobat, Igglybuff → Jigglypuff, Pichu → Pikachu

Time Evolution

These Pokémon evolve depending on what time of day they reach a certain level:

Wurmple → Silcoon

Wurmple → Cascoon

Silcoon will evolve into Beautifly, but Cascoon will evolve Dustox.

Beauty Evolution

These Pokémon evolve when their beauty condition is maxed out. Once their beauty condition is maxed out you also have to train them up one level:

Feebas → Milotic

Evolution Evolution

Evolution Evolution is the best name I could think of to give it. These Pokémon evolve into two different Pokémon at once (see "How to get Shedinja"):

Nincada → Ninjask AND Shedinja

Stone Evolution

These Pokémon evolve when shown a certain evolution stone. Evolution stones can either be found randomly on your travels, or given to you by the Treasure Hunter on Route 124, in exchange for coloured Shards:
