The opening move is good, the female/male character is running with some Pokémon, and Torchic falls over. (All say "awwww") Lovely stuff.

Anyway, to the main game. Well when I strated I had the shock of my life! Birch no longer brings out a Azurill! it seems the worthless role has been stolen by Lotad! Amazing really.

It starts the same, your mother saying go change your clock, Vigoroths are now moving your stuff (Watch my GameCube, Y'hear?). Oddly enough if you go up to them they have Machokes cry x.x (Rushed?). Just a few minor things now, your rivals little brother has now had a sex change and now is a LITTLE SISTER! The Grass looks nicer, Your rival has a Pokéball in the middle of their room just screaming to be stolen. And everything has a green make over. Nice.

Animations

The Good - They're here!
The Bad - They suck!

To be honest they do, they don't really do much except bob up and down. I hate to say it, but the Crystal ones were better.

So, lets Review it.

Graphics - Okay, they're not lightyears away from RS, but they do improve on minor things. The Green looks nice though, but the animations bring it down. 7/10

Sound - The same really as RS. 6/10

Gameplay - Ah, Pokémon's core. Yeah, pretty much of its' the same as RS' but with new areas and lots of GSCRBY Pokémon, it's not bad. 9/10

Control - Basic, why are the L and R buttons not used? 8/10

Lifespan - If you've spent ages on RS, you'll probably do the same with this. Even better if you don't own a GameCube, because now you can get all those lovely GSC Pokémon that you couldn't do before. With over 380 Pokémon to catch, I doubt you'll finish it any time soon. Plus after that's done, you can raise a team to take on your friends, or do the Battle Frontier, it's endless.
