Challenge One: Water Challenge
What I'd call the easiest of the four. It is the nearest one to the entrance. Keep walking and you come across some Gyrados shooting bubbles at you. They're quite easy to dodge. If you get hit by one you probably will fall off the edge or stay on, but be further back. After you've went pass the gyrados you come to a room where you have to fight two kindra.
The hardest part is that they dive under and can escape the capture line. Also the fact there are two which makes it harder. With your Plusle/Minum use your thunder attack when they're seperated for a while and wipe out one of them. Then the one on it's own should be easy if you use your styler slowly. Then you've completed the first challenge.
Challenge Two: Catching Challenge
Yes, I did name it. Well there are switches which release two pokemon which you can use to destroy the stones in the way. If there's only one way to go they will release a pointless wurmple as well as the other pokemon. Take the path to the left or you'll go into a dead end. After that beat the final stone and come across a Salemence.
Salemence has twenty-two hit points, but is really easy if you get your timing right. When it flies up in the air start using your stylus round it as fast as you can. Keep moving with the Salemence or it'll move out. While flying it will not atttack, but when it lands it will do an earthquake everywhere. It will fly as long as you need to, but finish it off quickly rather than keep going to get more experience. Then after you beat the dragon onto the third challenge.
Challenge Three: Wind/Speed Challenge
Depends which way you think of it, windy or speedy because of Flygon's speed. Well the walking part of the challenge is to walk against the winds. Stay on the edge or you'll have to start again. It can be quite hard the way you take left or right doesn't matter you'll end up in the same place.
At the end you come across one of the fastest pokemon in the game, Flygon. There are two ways to tackle Flygon. When it stops go round it then hold the stylus until it stops again. Or the hard way of going out and getting a water pokemon from Olive Jungle and using the bubble to stop Flygon. The thunder from Plusle/Minum won't work as well due to Flygon being a ground type.
Challenge Four: Fire Challenge
Your silly partner says let's go and 'look' at the fourth challenge which you're told not to complete. Just walk right on, there is no obstacles at the moment then at the end you come across that terrible band the Go-rock Quads. Blink 182 are much better. They had to release the boss monster, Charizard. It is suffering badly. So badly you get the urge to save it and are apparently tricked into battling Charizard.
Getting to Charizard a hard part too. When you come towards it, it flies away, just follow it. Dodge the fire torches, they shouldn't knock you off. Then beat Charizard to where it waits and make it touch you ready to battle it. Charizard is the hardest of the bosses at the end of the challenges. It shoot big embers in the air causing embers to fall and stay there for a while, making it hard for you to circle round Charizard as you have to go round them as well as Charizard. These embers then have to fade away ready for Charizard to blast again. Some start to flicker before they go so then use Minun/Plusle's thunder to paralyse it. Then keep circling Charizard and you should catch it. Then you've completed the fourth challenge, however being tricked.
Thanks to Sappy for this!
