What you will need
- A fully-charged styler
- Plusle/Minun fully-charged
- Jolteon/Raichu (Optional)
- Vaporeon
- Donphan/Aerodactyl
- Gengar (Both if you can)
- Espeon (as backup)
Raikou
Raikou is the first one you will battle. Firstly, he will run around, and Lightning bolts will shoot down, causing damage to your styer. Wait till they start to come slower, and then use Gengar's Ghost Poke' Assist. Do a couple of loops, make him freeze, then do several small, quick loops around him. He will be unable to move, and will hopefully be easy to catch. Be warned - only use Gengar after the first 3 - 4 lightning bolts have struck, and when you use him, use him right after the bolt has faded away. Of course, at one point Raikou will start to run around, shooting his cursed lightning bolts all over the place, but hopefully, you should catch him before he starts doing that.
Suicune
Suicune is a massive pain in the neck. Firstly, similar to Gengar's Double Team, he will clone himself. Then, all 3 of the Suicune, 2 being clones that will vanish if you loop them, will run around, often going off-screen. Occasionally, when all 3 are on-screen, they will rear onto their hind legs and then all will fire an Auroua Beam. I personally used Aerodactyl, but sometimes this will not work and requires a bit of luck and practice to pull off sucessfully. Donphan's ability works well, if used just after destroying the other two clones. Take heed that as soon as you destroy the two clones, Suicune will make 2 more, so be quick about starting to loop him! If for whatever reason your partner is not fully charged, do 2-3 loops around Suicune at a time while he is trying to clone himself before you work seriously on catching him, or else Entei will give you a lot of trouble...
Entei
Entei, the final one, you have faced before. However, he has changed significantly and now has a completely different fighting style. First, he will wander around, surrounded by fire, with several columns not all that different from when you faced Charizard, which he will change the pattern of every 5-10 seconds. Wait till the fire columns are in a position that makes it easy to loop him (if you need to, touch a couple of them to destroy them - it's the last fight, and hopefully you brought backup pokemon to recharge the styler after when he gets into the second stage), then use Plusle/Minun's assist. Loop him carefully until the fire that dances around him is all gone, and then wait. The fire columns will move to line the side, and Entei will start to run up and down, shooting fireballs. Now, get that Vaporeon, and use the bubble. Then, loop him as fast as you can.
If any of these methods should fail, then use Espeon as a backup attempt. And if that fails, well, just turn off and on, and try and resist the urge to kill Gondor as he goes through his long gloating speech... Good luck!
Thanks to Kit for this!
