The new DP games have taken so long to bring out, you'd have thought they would have fixed these glitches, wouldn't you? But no, they failed to get rid of one that keeps popping up. The Cloning Glitch.

Got a female Combee that took you ages to catch, and you can't be bothered to look for another? Got a Pokémon with 31 in every IV? Clone it. This guide will show you how.

So, all you really need is 1 gym badge, because this takes place at the GTS.

1. Go to the GTS.
2. Do what you need to do, and then go into "Deposit".
3. Put the Pokémon you wish to clone up for offer.
4. Choose a Pokémon that you want it for that nobody will have, such as a Level 100 Magikarp or something. Make sure you pick a gender, as it lowers the odds of someone having it.
5. Wait until the clock thingy goes round 7-8 times, or BEFORE the screen turns black, and turn off the power quickly. If the black screen came up, you did it wrong.
6. Turn the game back on, and if it says "The save file was corrupted", don't worry. You're doing it right.
7. Re-enter the GTS. If it says "Summary" at the top of the screen, where it used to say "Deposit", withdraw your Pokémon. You have either done it right, or were too late in turning the power off. If it says "Deposit" still, you were too early.
8. If it said "Summary", withdraw your Pokémon, and you SHOULD have a clone! If not, you did it wrong, so you need to start again.

Well done, you have sucessfully cloned your Pokémon!
