Ash and co are finally in Verdenturf town and May is excited about the contest. Max notices Drew and Roselia. Drew says that he’s not entering the contest because Roselia isn’t well enough. Drew warns them about Phantom.

Jesse is trying to make James and Meowth exercise but they don’t want to.

May sends out Skitty and Skitty uses Blizzard on Ash and co. May is happy about the strength of it. May throws a ball at Skitty and tells it to use double slap so it will juggle with them. By the time Skitty gets to five balls, it drops them.

Team Rocket are hiding behind a tree and a small boy sees them, along with Ash and co.

May throws some more balls at Skitty and Skitty jugles them, but again when Skitty gets to five balls, it drops them.

A gust of wind comes and the Phantom appears. The Phantom challenges Ash to a battle and Ash accepts. The Phantom sends out Dusklops and Ash sends out Pikachu. Ash checks it on his Pokedex. Pikachu uses quick attack, but it doesn’t affect Dusklops. Dusklops uses Shadow Punch and it keeps hitting Pikachu. Ash wants it to dodge. May is shocket at Dusklops’s strength. A limo arrives by the battle and The Phantom calls back Dusklops and starts to run.

A woman runs after The Phantom, but falls over, picking up a fountain pen. The Phantom cuts himself on his hand. The woman grabs Ash and asks her what he’s done with her son Timmy. Brock says that they’d only just saw The Phantom. The woman drops Ash and gives her apologies.

She say that she hired a detective to find out what her son Timmy was doing, and every where that Timmy went, so did the Phantom. The woman says that she will reward Ash and co if they unmask the Phantom.

Team Rocket are watching and imagine what it would be like to have that reward. Jesse dreams of looking fabulous!

The woman takes Ash and co to her mansion. She calls Timmy. Timmy puts a plaster on his hand and wants to make some notes on the Pikachu he battled today, he realises he’s lost his pen. Yes, you’ve guessed it, Timmy is the Phantom.

Timmy goes to his mom and Ash and co introduce themselves. The woman shows Timmy his pen. The woman argues with Timmy over the pen. Timmy runs off to his room.

The woman says that Timmy and the Phantom may have been the same person! Brock says that cuts don’t prove anything and that The Phantom was a strong Poke'mon trainer. Ash agrees and asks if Timmy had been training to become a Poke'mon trainer.

The woman shakes Ash and says that he will become an executive not mess around with Poke'mon. The woman walks off. A man appears on the chair and introduces himself as Tommy, Timmy’s father. Tommy says that he made the Phantom cloths when he was younger, (start of flashback) because he was a good Poke'mon coordinator, but the young girl he fell in love with (the woman) agreed to marry him only if he would agree to not bring them in the house, he wanted to do well with Poke'mon, so he made another identity as the Phantom.

One night, Timmy was walking and he found a Duskull, he took it home, but his mother wouldn’t let it in, so he ran off with Duskull and cried. Tommy then came and gave him a new Phantom outfit, and he then became the 2nd Phantom (end of flashback).

Ash is shocked. Brock and Max think it was hard for Timmy. Brock has a plan. Timmy is in his bedroom and there is a knock on his door. Tommy, Ash and co say that Timmy can enter tomorrows contest.

The woman is in her limo and sees a small girl receiving a Poochyena form her mother.

May is pretending to train her Skitty when the woman comes. On the roof of the mansion is Brock dressed up as the Phantom. May, Max and Ash pretend to be shocked. Timmy and Tommy runs out and the woman is shocked, as she thought Timmy was the Phantom.

The woman doesn’t know Brock is underneath the clothing, and a balloon appears above Brock and so does a string. Team Rocket are trying to unmask him. Team Rocket does their motto. Brock holds his mask down. Jesse and James send out their Poke'mon and Jesse tells Seviper to use wrap and it does on Brock. James sends out Cacnea. James cant pull the mask off with the string. Skitty uses Blizzard and sends Team Rocket away, with Brock landing on the floor. Pikachu uses thunder shock, and Team Rocket go blasting off again. Brock runs off. Everyone thinks the woman has seen Brocks face, but she hadn’t, she runs back into the house.

Brock returns and Timmy is so happy that he can go to the contest. May and Timmy get ready to get into the contest! What will happen? See in DISGUISE DA LIMIT!
