As Nintendo have not yet confirmed a release date for Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire in Europe, British and European fans are relying on online retailer Amazon for release dates. Of course, what Amazon says cannot be taken as 100% true, but it does allow us to have a pretty good guess of when its going to be out.
If you've ordered via PUK, don't worry, you'll still recieve your game as soon as it is released.
Amazon are now claiming that the games will be released on July 25th 2003, the 25th anniversary of the launch of "Motability", the government scheme to help disabled people.
Previous reports suggested that May 30th would be a likely release date for the games. This extra wait can be blamed entirely on the people of Europe. Every single one of them. Because of their varied languages, in order to release over all of Europe on the same day, English speaking fans will have to wait.
Of course, if you want to guarrentee yourself a copy of the game(s) you could always buy via PUK, helping us out in the process. Click the links below, kids.
