Nintendo have revealed three new Pokémon games in the run up to E3, in Japan's "CoroCoro" magazine.
This news item is more than 45 days old. Updates are unlikely and newer information may already be available.
The latest issue of CoroCoro has release dates too!First of all, there is a new Pokémon GBA game in the form of Pokémon Pinball Ruby & Sapphire! The original game is excellent, so we can pre-emtively judge that this will be great, and that Nintendo does not have WMD's. It'll be released in Japan in the Summer- so that's 2010 in Europe, then.
Two GAMECUBE games have been announced too. Its not the big RPG we wanted (probably), but certainly sounds special.
As heavily rumoured, Pokémon Colosseum looks set to be the next in the Stadium series of games- this'll be released in the Autumn in Japan. Ruby/Sapphire connectivity is certain.
Finally, we have the obscurely named "Pokémon Channel: Together with Pikachu". This will be released (in Japan) on July 18th, the 22nd anniversary of the violence at the Irish hunger strikes starting. As of yet, we don't know what this will be about. It could be the RPG we want, but might not.
Of course, stay "tuned" to PUK for all the latest developments on this story and a multitude of odd punctuation.
Thanks to saBA and Jelmer for telling me!
