Game Boy sales up- Thanks to Pokemon. :: News

Game Boy Sales have suddenly rose, and there's only one possible explanation.........

Game Boy Sales have always done well. But during those hot summer months, most people tend to resist the urge to play on their console, and prefer to go outside and either burn themselves, or get thir sun-cream in their eyes. As such, consoles, and their game sales tend to go down. Recently, the sales of Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube games have been the highest on the list. But in these past 2 weeks, the sales of GBA's and GBA SP's have been ruling the roost. The games sales have been going up as well, thanks to 2 particular games- Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire. Both games have been the best selling these past couple of weeks, but Ruby has always been slightly ahead. With news like this springing up quite often now, it's very pleasing to us loyal fans, who can now rub these official figures in the noses of those snobby "Console Experts" who kept telling us how Pokemon R/S would be a complete failure.
