According to 4Kids, the company who dubs Pokémon for western audiences, they are 'adapting' the 6th feature film in the series. In Japan, the film is named Advanced Generation just like the series. They also claim that it will not be released at the cinema but go straight to VHS, DVD and the all new Gamecube format - whatever that is! This is most likely due to the abysmal performance of the last two films, Pokémon 4 Ever and Pokémon Heroes at the US box office. The film could be released possibly by the end of 2004.
Update 19/11 - A Japanese website is claiming the original theme song will be translated for the English version and sung by the original singer. It has also been romoured Britney Spears and Christina Aguilara were making it a trio, but this has been proved false. The site slates the release for Spring next year.
