PUK's super moderator and arguably Psythor's #1 fan is 17 today- that means that HE CAN LEGALLY OWN A CROSSBOW.

To be honest, we don't know much about "old" Phillip, aside from he has the right taste in choosing minor celebrities to worship.

However, his birthday is still worth celebrating, because it's so near Christmas, if we were to buy presents for people we like, we'd still only have to get him one, like a stingy aunt, or something.

Whilst Phil isn't driving and shooting arrows at targets, he enjoys moderating PUK forums like John Prescott likes eating pies. At other times, he dedicatese his life to celebrity, making fansites about James O'Malley. (Official site here).

Anyway, as Phil seems to like Star Wars (him wearing a "Death Star" costume most of the time seems to suggest it, here is a picture of him standing in for a character in his favourite film, Bambi.
