Psythor has done some work for once- he's been to get an Eon ticket at the so-called "Pokémon Day" event. Pictures and stuff included!

Guess where I've been!

Today I ventured into the so called "outside world", in what I can best describe as the real world equivilent of a sub-website, and to Gamestation to "cash in" on the "Pokémon Day" promotion. Of course, first of all I enabled mystery events by setting my profile to "MYSTERY EVENT IS EXCITING" (and it is!).

Inside, it was packed- but were all the people there for Pokémon? I pondered to myself whilst in the queue. After reaching the front, the guy in the shop set the transfer going and was kind enough to allow me to take pictures. In hindsight I should have got his name, so I can thank him by name. Anyway, the transfer was complete in seconds and I was on my way. On the way out the guy yelled, "Anyone else for the download?!"- at least one person came forward, so the event must have had some success.

At this point it occured to me: where is the "Goody bag" promised by "The Pokémon Man"? Presumably they had ran out, or, given my celebrity status are having it couriered straight to me, in gold coated packaging.

Anyway, I checked my game, spoke to my dad, who informed me that he didn't know anything about Pokémon, and we were standing in the middle of a cold Leicester and I should hurry up. I visisted Petalburg gym and sure enough, I was presented with an Eon ticket. I'm dead chuffed.
