Word on the street is that the next issue of the Japanese CoroCoro magazine will feature some details on the future of Pokémon.

This news item is more than 45 days old. Updates are unlikely and newer information may already be available.

We can also look forward to some more 4th generation Pokémon (like Gonbe) sometime late this month.

Also, we don't know what it is, but the name "Pokémon Fireworks" is being thrown around the proverbial tennis court by the proverbial Tim Henman firing the information off to the media using the proverbial Newtons Second Law. Rumours suggest it could be the name of the new game, or the name of event similar to Pokémon Festa.

Speaking of which, Pokémon Festa, a Pokémon event held annually in Japan where Nintendo turn up around the country and say "buy our stuff", will apparently give fans the opportunity to get a special ticket on their Game Boy (similar to the Eon Ticket). This ticket will allow you to travel to the 8th island (in FRLG) and catch Lugia and Ho-Oh.

More as we get it. As long as what we get isn't influenza.
