An Official survey in America has revealed that playing Pokémon games helps kids learn those important core values and skills they'll need in life.

An Official survey in America has revealed that playing Pokémon games helps kids learn important core values and skills!

Impulse Research Corp. conducted the survey to coincide with the release of upcoming games FireRed and LeafGreen, and revealed that playing the ever-popular games helps improve kids memories, awareness and co-operation with their mates. Providing they've got any, of course.

The key responses from all 2100 responding parents reveal that:

• More than 75 percent think that Pokemon does a good job of promoting positive values and enhances strategic thinking.
• Almost 70 percent say that Pokemon improves memory skills and promotes teamwork.
• More than 60 percent believe that Pokemon increases mental agility and awareness as well as promoting co-operation with friends.

A futher 94% also revealed that they love horses.
