Those Japanese are lucky people- when they're not going really fast on their trains, using their posh consumer electronics, or claiming some Korean islands and causing a diplomatic row, they get to watch Pokémon on their GBA, thanks to a vending machine.

AM3, whoever they are, have developed yet another GBA movie playback device. Simply put your videos on a SmartMedia card using a computer (or in this case, a vending machine), and then using an adapter similar to the Play-yan accessory, you can watch video on your GBA!
But wait! How can you make even more money from customers who already own your products! Sell them the video too!
AM3 are selling episodes of the Pokémon animé through vending machines!
I think these instructions speak for themselves- memory card in, press a button, turn a washing machine style dial, memory card out.
As for what episodes are available, if the pictures on the vending machine are anything to go by, it looks like it's the first eight episodes ever- Pokémon, I choose you etc.
We very much doubt this vending lark will see the light of day outside of Japan... in fact, we'd put more money on the international community actively taking steps to build some sort of large concrete wall 1000 ft high in the sea around Japan, in order to prevent it from escaping.
