The Japanese Famitsu magazine has details of a new Pokémon game for Nintendo's fourthcoming home console, the Wii. UPDATED WITH VIDEO!

Cubed3 are reporting that according to Nintendo President Satoru Iwata, Pokémon Battle Revolution will be released for the Wii a few months after Diamond and Pearl for the DS.

Iwata also revealed that both D/P and Battle Revolution will have "world wide wifi chat", whatever that means. Presumably VOIP, like what is being included in some of the next wave of DS online games.

But what will Pokémon Battle Revolution be? The emphasis on "Battle" makes me think it could be yet another Pokémon Stadium-esque title as opposed to Colosseum style RPG. It looks very pretty though! Speculate away!
