Here's a small question for you.

If in a football match, if a team gets given a free kick near their own net, and the taker turns round and boots it into his own net, is the goal given?

Shockingly the answer is no. Even more shockingly, that question has nothing to do with what this news update is about.

Today we gather to celebrate the events on what was the 12th anniversary of the Rhodesian Government agreeing to introduce what the BBC claim is "black majority rule," which is presumably a good thing. Located roughly between the northern town of Croy and the southern town of Don in a small place called Croydon, a young Rex was entering the world.

Rex's early days never existed. He went straight from birth to becoming a teenager, where he joined PKMN.NET, became a moderator, a global moderator, and this year made the wonderful big step up to the administration squad, giving him permission to bully everyone and always be right.

Now that Rex is 18, he can do loads and loads of lovely new stuff. He can buy and drink the lovely wet stuff in a bar, buy fireworks, get a tattoo or even donate his body to medical science without parental permission. Or do them all at once for added effect.

The picture on the left is what Rex might look like if he entered a two year time machine which died your hair ginger and forced you to look at cows. Surplus to say he'd be delighted with such a contraption, and probably asked for one for his birthday.
