That N64 game that isn't Stadium, and didn't involve taking pictures and yelling stuff at Pikachu...

Released back in 2000 (2001 over in Euroland), Pokemon Puzzle League was a Puzzle game on the N64 based on the anime. As well as featuring Ash and friends, voices from the TV Show (Well, the 4Kids voices anyway) and even had it's own animated cut scenes, it was quite the addictive sequal to SNES Puzzle game, Tetris Attack. Hell, it even listed Lorelei by her real name (No Prima nonsense here!)!

Now, Pokemon Puzzle League sets to join fellow N64 game Snap onto the Virtual Console this Monday over in America, 9 days before Ranch! Expect to see this in Europe sometime after, although a Hanabi Festival (That's a month of import titles to you and me) is currently going on, so it might be as late as June over here, knowing our luck.

So, 2 down and 3 to go. Will we ever see the Stadiums or Hey You Pikachu in the near future? And will Angelic Lapras King finish that last puzzle on the Puzzle University this time round? Only time will tell...

Dear god, how I have wasted many hours on this game. This was the only Pokemon game I could get my older sister to play, and she was always Lorelei, because she liked getting a chain with Cloyster (Cl-cl-cl-loyster!)

Cant see Hey You Pikachu happening on VC for us to be honest.. you gotta reember a few key things.. 1)it didnt come out over here in the first place because of having to program recognition for all the regional accents and suchlike and 2) as far as im aware the Wii doesnt have an input mic anywhere on it. sorry to burst the bubble of anyone hopin for it

PBR does suck though without good old Stadiums mini-games.. theyre one thing i miss n a reason when playing PBR i constantly think about settin my 64 back up

Maybe you could upload Pokemon from Ranch to use in a VC Stadium? I m sure they could put the Pokemon and attack restrictions on the operations manual.

this is not out in england yet but i have an american wii so i can already get this on the virtual console. it has been on the virtual console in america for nearly a month.
