A few tiny bits of information.

This news item is more than 45 days old. Updates are unlikely and newer information may already be available.

Firstly let's get something right.

Anyone who still thinks the sequel game to Diamond and Pearl isn't going to be called Platinum is an idiot. Because it is. It might suck, but you know what, get over it.

Now the exciting bit. A couple of leaked images have appeared on the internet from the upcoming Japanese magazine. Let's have a little look at them...

This shows the male character in a place known as the Torn World, which is located above the Spear Pillar.

Ooh, new characters. Apparently they're trying to find out why the climate of Sinnoh has suddenly gotten a lot colder, presumably the storyline of the game.

This shows the new Sky Form of Shaymin. It will automatically appear in this form whenever it appears in Platinum.

If you ask me the game looks screwy, sure i am gonna buy it, and if it turns out good, well i'll eat my hat, if i can find one. But, torn world, it just looks lik a screwy remix of Zelda and pokemon.

Well, I'll certainly be buying this. When I heard 'Platinum' I thought that maybe, just maybe, they were remaking G/S/C...I wish they would.

It looks like a poor, budget version of Zelda, yes. When are we going to get a Pokémon handheld game that actually pushes boundries? Having it in 3D would be nice, or even if it wasn't in 3D, if it looked like Pokémon Ranger does on the field, that would be miles better. Also, why is it a poor selling game like Ranger gets a proper sequel and D/P gets a remake? "Meh" is all I've got to say. "Meh" and "Gah!"
