Looks like this year, Game has been handed the Pokemon Event torch as from the 4th till the 18th April in participating GAME stores, they will be offering Shaymin!

Also seems like the activities will involving classics like face painting, Pokemon Balloons, meet "Pokemon" and battle a Legendary Trainer, though some store events differ. And of course, downloading Shaymin to your D/P/Pt games.

well i actually made it to one of the glasgow stores (gave up snowboarding to go, lol!) and got me shaymin on both diamond and pearl. not actually done anything with them yet, though... the event was crap. the woman doing it didn't have a clue. if someone didn't have mystery gift (which i didn't have on one game) she didn't know how to get it... took another pokemon gamer there at the same time as me to give instructions. i told her to write it down, lmao! my first event and it was a let down on the woo factor, but happy i got the pokemon. my sister was very much confused by it all!
