As we all know of the bumpy road we UK Pokemon fans get from waiting for Pokemon movies on DVD, Pokemon Blu Rays should be the last thing on our minds right? Not so it seems.

Those rather nice chaps at Studio Canal it seems will be releasing the first Pokemon Blu Rays in the UK! Not one, but three movies will be getting the HD treatment with both Pokemon 4Ever and Pokemon Heroes being released as a double pack together, while Destiny Deoxys, yes the film we've been waiting for a DVD release for so very long, will be released on its own. As reported before, Destiny Deoxys will be released on DVD the same day, according to Play.com.

Both can be preordered from Amazon.co.uk and are listed down for an April 2nd release! A whole 7 days before the Victini films are released on DVD too, so April will be a busy time for Pokemon movie watching.

Meanwhile a whole day later on April 3rd, America will also see their next Pokemon Blu Ray! Entitled Pokemon Collection, this Blu Ray will contain Pokemon 4Ever, Pokemon Heroes, Jirachi Wish Maker and Destiny Deoxys all on ONE Blu Ray disc! Technology huh? Amazing stuff.

Will all this lead to further Pokemon Blu Rays? The future's certainly looking very Blu.......Ray.
