Finally, the god Apollo gave him a golden helmet to protect Hermes from bad weather (like lightning). This fits because Jolteon is yellowish/gold and at least in Fire Red, Jolteon comes with Volt Absorb which heals 25% HP when hit with an Electric-type move.
