Beartic | Bjorn Bjorn is a Scandinavian name that also means bear. Scandinavia is cold and full of ice, as well as Vikings, which are indisputably awesome. Therefore I name the awesome ice bear Bjorn. If it's a male, anyway. I have a different nickname for females obviously. Sun 02 Sep 2018 15:33:03 UTC by Wotenh | Johto Name Rater says... Beartic | Deda This usually goes at the end, but tl;dr version, I named him after my dad. Long version: Growing up, I had a speech impediment, and called my dad "Deda" (pronounced Dee-dah). My dad always reminded me of a Polar Bear because he liked the cold, was hairy, huge (even for our American standards), and liked Coca-Cola. My dad was also the guy who taught me how to play Pokemon. He died when I was 13, and is my biggest (badum-tush) hero in life. I'm saving this nickname for my first 31 IV Cubchoo/Shiny Cubchoo. I don't really care whether it's a crappy nickname or not (because it is), but I am curious to know your opinion on my reasoning. I can has world's smallest violin now?
