how do you open the runes with regice, regirock and registeel?

Oooh.. uhh.. Sentret knows it's this kind of foreign language.. a bit like Greek or Egyptian or French.. Braille? Sentret thinks it's that and that you can translate it somehow somewhere with some manual.
