I jus took 6 awesome dual-type Fighting Pkmn, and made sure they had awesome moves and that none were the same dual type. I thought of this when the little kid in Oreburgh said I was a Black Belt.
OK, don't freak out at night slash. If you get a Gallade and go to the Heart Scale Move Teacher Dude, you can learn it (with a heat scale of course). Very versatile, strong attacker. I included Double Team into the mix (yes, Gallades can learn that too) in case a fight gets long.
Mostly special attacker. I use Surf with my Toxicroak who has Dry Skin and Earthquake with Breloom who is a grass type. Hypnosis is a good move for making foes helpless while I smack 'em around.
After I punched in the moveset, I realized all his moves start with S...
He's a fast hard hitter, though for swift takeouts I prefer the much faster Infernape. Breloom is used with Poliwrath in Double battles when I want Poliwrath to use earthquake.
A Pokemon to take out opposition quick with powerful moves which have added power due to its extraordinary attack skills. But Infernape has to do it quick, because its Defense stats are exremely low. It usually needs to be backed up by solid Pokemon like Poliwrath that I can switch to if the going gets tough with U-turn.
An offensive special attacker. Before Extremespeed I use swords dance to up my attack by a lot and then, using Extremespeed, attack first and BOOM! instant takeout.
Hey, no cheating now! I'll rate for you :) I'm already feeling for this team, but I'll rate fairly and honestly.
I love the combination of surf with toxicroak's dry skin. I always feel that toxicroak is unapreciated, and I like the fact that you've used x-scissor to counteract the major psychic weakness, though you would probably need to EV train in speed so that it can get in first.
I like Lucario's tactics, but I suggest replacing dragon pulse with protect and then combine him with the earthquaking poliwrath for an unexpected twist.
Gah, I'm running out of time a little bit (Im a busy person :P), so I'll make a quick summary - I'm liking the team a lot thus far. I'd give it a 4.5, but they dont do halves so ill have to round it up
I will rate yours, if you will rate mine o.o. I like your style since you incorporated the Dry Skin Toxicroak Stradegy just like Me :) Everything else seems good, i love your Lucario set but it'd help if i knew the EV's. Please Rate My Team :)
What I can see with this team is many weaknesses and I am not a big fan of the natures some of these pokemon are running or their movests. I think Gallade should be running Close Combat, but thats just my opinion. It's a good idea what you are trying to do with Toxicroak. I really don't like the Lucario set, but it is different to the originals.
First off, having a team of six Pokemon of the same type is never a good idea. As it stands, you have 5 Pokemon weak to Flying, 4 weak to Psychic, 3 weak to Ground and 3 weak to Fire.
Second, the natures for your Pokemon aren't the most favourable, and are actually hindering their abilities.
Third, there are no EV listings for any Pokemon, and only one Pokemon is holding an item, and the item isn't the best choice for it either.
Honestly, if you want to make a good team, go here and learn: http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/
I'm OK with monotype teams, but some of the mons need corrections. As someone else said already, your Pokes need better natures. Gallade also likes to have Close Combat>Brick Break because the power difference is enormous. On Breloom, Spore is much better than Stun Spore because in general Sleep is a much better status to use than Paralysis.
As the person above me said, going to Smogon.com and reading some of their articles that they have may help you get a better understanding of how to make great teams. Anyways, good luck.
I like the Pokemons' moves, but as many people before me have said, there's a huge weakness to flying, psychic, and ground. I'd suggest a Poliwrath with Water Absorb instead of Damp though. You have a good resistance against Dark, Normal, and Bug types.
