"Power Force"

Created by powerforce

My strongest Leafgreen/Sapphire team ever!
Blastbert the Blastoise
Holding Nevermeltice
Ability: Torrent
Moves: Nature: Naive

Good on speed and attack power. Skull Bash isn't much used, most of the time in battle with another water type. Ice Beam is a decent move to go against Grass types.

Salaslash the Salamence
Holding Sharp Beak
Ability: Intimidate
Moves: Nature: Lonely

This guy has the most attack power on my team. His Aerial Ace is so helpful and I think his other attacks aren't bad either

Meta X the Metagross
Holding Metal Coat
Ability: Clear Body
Moves: Nature: Adamant
Attack EV: 100

Meta X has the exact same attack power as Salaslash! Brick Break is great on Blisseys and such

T. Ranitar the Tyranitar
Holding Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
Moves: Nature: Impish

T. Ranitar is one of the most powerful members on my team! She always clobbers Blisseys whenever Metagross isn't here

Sceptspeed the Sceptile
Holding Miracle Seed
Ability: Overgrow
Moves: Nature: Jolly
Attack EV: 50
Defense EV: 50
Special Attack EV: 50
Speed EV: 100

Sceptspeed is the fastest pokemon on my team. His Seismic Toss and Toxic attacks are mega handy!

Zapdos
Holding Magnet
Ability: Pressure
Moves: Nature: Adamant

Zapdos is the legendary that will come visit me every now and then. It's Steel Wing helps with defeating Rock types.

Ok, I guess. But your Pokemon are all about strength, and not much else. the only PKMN with a status inflicting move is Sceptile, but that's it. If a defense specialist with a mediocre speed stat and OK attack comes along, your'e toast.

Not only are these Pokemon non EV trained, but they all have horrible movesets, and natures which hinder their crappy movesets in one way or another. Learn more about Team Building, and you could potentially be a very good battler, but as of right now, I have to say this team isn't so great.
Powerforce on Sun Dec 21 18:36:37 2008.
Well remember, this team is in Leafgreen and Sapphire. Also, ALL of my pokemon aren't just about strengh. Blastbert has 246 speed, so I wouldn't want to change it. His Def. is somewhat the same. Salaslash, Sceptspeed, and Zapdos also have good speed. For Def. its Meta X, Blastbert, and T. Ranitar. Richard and Blaziken, some pokemon here ARE EV trained, I just forgot which ones were on the pokemon. Maybe name some things about the movesets that are 'crappy', so I'll find out more?

Well for one, Stength is a great move to substitute for Blastoise's Skull Bash (good power, but two turns? No way.) Otherwise, Blastoise's moveset is great. Salamence's moveset is very good. I can't find anything wrong with it. What do you have against Blisseys!!! Just kidding. Brick Break is quite useless, as it is not good against any of Metagross's weaknesses. That moveslot could probably go to a better move that compensated for a weakness such as Earthquake. Otherwise, it is the same moveset I used on my Metagross. Hyper Beam shoudl be replaved with a move that protects Tyranitar from a super effective type such as Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, and things like that. Seismic toss should be replaced, as it is only useful if you have an extremely high level. It should be replaced with Rock tomb to offset Fire and flying types. Aerial Ace isn't that helpful. You'd do well to replace it with a move such as Iron Tail (for Bugs) Zapdos does NOT need two Electric type moves. Just one is enough. Replace the one you decide to delete with a status move such as Double Team. I take back my original number and give you a 4 for an exceptional team.

^Metagross has high Attck power, but maybe Brick Break can be replaced, I can't find any other good move for it. For Seismic Toss, my team here are all lv. 100s, so that move is useful, Sceptile also has a low variety of moves to learn, too. Aerial Ace is good enough for me, since it is also super effective against Bug types, and that it has higher Attack power than Sp. Atk. And yes, I'm working on Zapdos right now. ;)

Aerial Ace also has "always hit" accuracy, so why wouldn't anyone like a pokemon with a move like that? Decent power, too

60?Not decent imo. Besides, how often do you see people with Double Team? Even then, there's an EVASION clause there =| Zapdos's nature for what you have in mind is really bad, considering Zapdos is better off being a support, imo. Not good, but not bad, imo.
Powerforce on Thu Jan 1 19:13:11 2009.
Well since it's your opinion that 60 isn't an okay amount of power, I'm okay with that. I think any move lower than 60 isn't a good power myself. Zapdos has a good set of stats, and having more attack power is still good, and that I'm probably going to replace an electric move with something more special attack.

^I meant to say 'physical attack', not 'special attack'

Hey guys, I've thought of making my Sceptile an annoyer. I'll keep Seismic Toss and Leaf Blade, and replace Crunch and Aerial Ace with Double Team and Toxic. It's kindof like my bro's Blissey. For Zapdos, I'm thinking of teaching it Light Screen since it has pretty low Sp. Def. Tell me if you think it's a good idea ;)

I just came back to this Squad, and I will do as you have asked, in telling you what is crappy about each Pokemon's set: Blastoise: Skull Bash sucks. Naive nature is horrible for Blastoise, which should be using Bold or Calm. Try running Surf, Ice Beam, Rapid Spin and Roar/ Mirror Coat/ Rest. Salamence: For 386 play, I reccomend Adamant nature, with the following set: Hidden Power Flying (70 Base Power), Earthquake, Rock Slide/ Brick Break, Dragon Dance. HP Flying with 70 power is beter than Aeriel Ace, but if you can't get it, keep AA. EQ has great coverage and power, so it's standard. Rock Slide is for Gyarados and Aerodactyl, among other Flying types. Brick Break is for BlissLax, which was common in 386. Dragon Dance ups Speed and power. Metagross: Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Shadow Ball/ Explosion, Agility. Agiligross in 386 was standard IIRC. Tyranitar: ...No. Try Quiet nature with Crunch/ Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Substitute and Focus Punch. Breaks things into pieces. Sceptile: Yay, a nature that lowers your main attack... try Timid with Leaf Blade, Hidden Power Ice (60+), Substitute and Leech Seed. Much more awesome. Zapdos: One of the best 386 Pokemon. But not the way you've got it. Try this instead: Thunderbolt, Hidden Power (Ice/ Grass 60+), Rest, Sleep Talk. STalk Zapdos is hard to take down, and is also powerful. Thunderbolt gets STAB, and HP Ice gives great coverage. Grass is for like Steelix, or Lanturn. I guess. Well, there you go. Take my advise or not, I had to try. Good luck with your team and whatnot. =)

I Think you need to reconsider some of the movesets because some only have 60 power, which is pretty weak. I try having ALL of my pokemon's moves around 80 base power. Except for one move (70). You should also reconsider the names of your pokemon. Are your trying to be funny or are you serious (not being disrespectful in anyway)?
