Two Gyrados? Plus an Empoleon? AND to top it all off, a useless normal type? No. Take out either one Gyrados and Empoleon, or both Gyrados. three water types are not needed. Also, take out Bibarel for a type complimenting your others, such as a flyign type. Also, add a fighting type, a Psychic and an electric. Your movesets are OK, though.

you need to get away from having four water pokemon on your team, an electric type could do a good deal of damage on you.

Yeah...the whole team needs some work really. As mentioned, you have a massive weakness to Electric, and your Gyarados...well, for a start, it's using attacks that stem from its lower attacking stat (needs more Dragon Dance really) and Bibarel is more of a gimmick pokemon. Super Power will be reducing your Attack and Defence by 2 with Simple as your ability - try thinking about Amnesia and Charge Beam for fun. Torterra should be used as a physical wall with Leech Seed really (it does get that, right?) and the same with Empoleon, but Special Wall. Infernape already has Close Combat, so remove Focus Punch and give it Grass Knot I think. Flamethrower also hits Skarmory and other steels harder than Flareblitz in most situations. This team needs a fair amount of work I'm afraid. =/

Way too many Hyper beams, Kudos on the Starters, but seriously, Bibarel??? Its only use is as an HM slave.
