I'd prioritise speed on the Zard over the two attacks, going with possibly a 252 speed and 128 in each attack. Maybe less speed. But yeah, speed is needed on a sweeper, especially a fragile one like Charizard

Personally, I'd use Overheat instead of Flamethrower IN-GAME, the switch, and use Brick Break instead of Focus Blast, but yeah.

Replace Dragon Pulse with Mist Ball NOW.

Go for Psychic over mist ball

Why Psychic over Mist Ball?
Lolman on Sun May 29 09:59:23 2011.
Psychic does more damage, has more pp. Although it only has a 10% chance of lowering sp def compared to the 50% chance of sp atk but all of the other perks of psychic make up for it.

@Reshurott, It's competitive, and even though you've put it for ingame, Overheat is a bit of a silly idea when Stealth Rocks are up and I have to switch out at 50% after using Overheat, basically killing Zard.

And I gave Latias Dragon Pulse as a reliable STAB move, because I don't like to keep switching with Draco Meteor, and Mist Ball is pretty useless compared to Psychic. And Surf and TBolt give it all the coverage it needs alongside Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse.

And Zard is mixed, meaning Focus Blast would be more useful than Brick Break, especially when FB comes off of it's highest attack stat.

I am now fixing things like moves and natures...
