Several comments on this team (which may sound very cliche if you look at my other team reviews).
1) Do NOT take this team on-line. You have 6 pokemon that you are using as sweepers. If you're playing strictly in-game, alright. However, if you want to play competitively, then this team will not work at all.
2) Watch out for Earthquake. You have 3 pokemon that are weak to a common, powerful attack.
3) For the items, you may want to shy away from items that boost one particular attack type (i.e Magnet). Letfovers, Choice Items, Life Orb, etc. can be your friends.
4) Natures- A lot of these natures aren't the best. You have several that are lowering one of the defenses (Lax, Naughty), which isn't advisable. Also, using a Jolly nature on a pokemon with several Special attacks is also not advisable.
5) Movesets- With the exception of Aqua, I'm not seeing any attacking moves that is not STAB'ed (plus Protect on Sparky). Moves need to be varied to cover other types.
6) Individual Pokemon Comments:
A) Terrain- Torterra does not want Special Attacks (that base stat is bad). Jolly also takes away even more of Torterra's subpar SpA, so Earth Power and Giga Drain won't work. Frenzy Plant isn't great because it leaves you wide open for a revenge kill/ set-up. Torterra either wants to be a bulky Physical attacker or just a Tank in general.
B) Blaze- Work on varying the moveset. 2 Fire and 2 Fighting moves won't cut it. Infernape has good speed and attack(s), so it can work as a Physcal sweeper, special sweeper, or mixed sweeper.
C) Aqua- This set almost works, but not with the nature. You have Empoleon set up as a special sweeper (minus Drill Peck) with a nature that lowers Special attack. Not good. Empoleon's best niche may be to use it in the rain with Swords Dance/ Aqua Jet.
D) Ice Princess- Ominous Wind and Shadow Ball should not be in the same set (keep S.B.). If not in Hail, use Ice Beam instead of Blizzard. Although Ice Shard is a good priority move, it doesn't work with Bold nature.
E) DarkBird- Either make it a Physical Attacker or a Nasty Plot special attacker... and vary the movepool.
F) Sparky- Luxray can go either special or physical, so that's fine. However, Discharge, T. Fang, and Charge Beam on the same set is really bad. If you go Special, use TBolt. If you go Physical, Spark may be your better choice.

Every time! People keep teaching pokemon two or more moves of the same type. Also, you have a big weakness to fire, electric, ice, and especially ground. Your team is too vulnerable.
