Alright. It looks like you're falling into the trap of trying to make 6 sweepers on a team. This will work in-game, but not on-line.
Most teams on here have several moves of the same type per pokemon. You, however, have avoided this. Pass there.
As far as team balance is concerned, it looks like you have no more than 2 pokemon that are weak to any move type (2 Ground, 2 Fighting). Passing marks there.
Movesets:
Electivire- Nothing really wrong here- maybe just replace Fire Punch with Earthquake? Other than that, I've got nothing.
Metagross- Again, just nitpicking with moves. The moves themselves give you great coverage, but maybe Agility could be beneficial on Metagross. Either that or priority Bullet Punch?
Umbreon- Not crazy about this moveset. Curse is fine here. However, Shadow Ball and Psychic may not work the greatest with Umbreon's poor Special Attack. Payback may be better than Faint Attack here, since you're most likely going last (base 100 in that situation). Toxic and Wish may be other choices. Also, Quick Claw may not be the best way to go, since it isn't very reliable.
Blastoise- Dragon Tail on this guy... YES! I like it. The other moves are alright, but you may want to either make it more of an attacker or more of a defender. Toxic, Rest, and Scald are all options.
Salamence- You have it set as a Special sweeper and it works well in that role. Wide Lens for Hydro Pump/ Air Cutter is not a bad idea. Roost is an idea for 'Mence, but I can't criticize that pokemon too badly.
Blissey- Softboiled on Blissey... absolutely. The BoltBeam combo may work for other pokemon, but maybe not Blissey. Toxic/ Seismic Toss/ TWave/ Heal Bell (or Aromatherapy)/ Wish (for when switching) all may work better with Blissey.

Overall, not bad at all.
